CULTURE TOUR : BALI
When leaving for Bali, we were divided into 3 groups. The first group is class XI Ipa 1, 2, 7, and XI IPS. I got the first flight. We immediately gathered at Husein Sastranegara Airport. Then, we check in at the airport. However, we experienced difficulties because the maximum baggage weight was 7 kg and most of us carried luggage that weighed more than 7 kg. Finally, we looked for ways to reduce the weight and thankfully we succeeded. We are waiting for the plane The plane we boarded was Lion Air. The trip to Bali is approximately one hour and a half and we arrived at Ngurah Rai Airport, Bali. Then we boarded the bus. Each class has boarded each bus. On the bus, there is a tour guide who guides our trip and tells us about Bali. Our first trip is to Tanah Lot. Tanah Lot is a kind of big sacred temple in Bali. Usually used in Hindu religious rituals and events in Bali. We traveled around Tanah Lot. After from Tanah Lot, we returned to the bus. After that, we proceeded to Jimbaran. There we enjoyed dinner with a beach view night because there was a restaurant on the beach. However, unfortunately the program didn't run smoothly because it was raining very hard and all of our food was all wet. After that, we go to Quest Denpasar Hotel and check in at the Hotel. We also rested at the Hotel.
Day 2 (March 18, 2019)
We did breakfast at the hotel then continued the trip. First, we go to Tanjung Benoa Sport first. There, we are free to order any water sports at a predetermined price. I chose to go to Turtle Island because it was the cheapest. On the turtle island, we see captive turtles and other animals. After that we returned to the beach again and had lunch. After lunch, we continued the trip to Pandawa Beach. Pandawa Beach is a newly discovered beach and is one of the most popular tourist destinations. This beach is below the cliff with Pandawa statues. We also traveled around Pandawa Beach. After that, we continued the journey again. Next trip, we went to the Pujamandala Mosque. Pujamandala is a place where places of worship of all religions are there and close together. We also made a mistake first in the Majlis Pujamandala. After the prayer, the next destination is Garuda Wisnu Kencana. This statue is very large and even seen from tens of kilometers away. Here, we take photos together with one class, and also we take pictures of each class. After that, we were guided to make videos with drones. After that, we take pictures around GWK. After that, we continued the trip to Devdan Show. Here we are shown shows about dances in Indonesia. The appearance was so cool that all the spectators were stunned to see it. After that, we returned to the Hotel and rested.
Day 3 (March 19, 2019)
We did breakfast first at the hotel then started the trip. First, we go to Tirta Empul first. Tirta Empul is a place that Hindus believe has holy water. In addition, Tirta Empul is also a place and memorial service in Bali. After that, we went to Kintamani. Kintamani is a restaurant all you can eat in Bali, precisely on the mountain so the air is cool. There, we have as much lunch as we like. After Kintamani, we continued our trip to one of the famous villages in Bali, namely Panglipuran Village. This village, in my opinion is a very rapid and structured village. In addition, in this village, the people still apply Balinese customs and culture well, meaning that they are still thick with adat. However, in Panglipuran Village, we also have to experience rain so the trip is still not optimal. After that, we go back to the Hotel because we will do Makrab. The third place of202020 was held at the Nirmala Hotel Ballroom in Denpasar. The program included the dinner, music performance, announcement of nominations and prize distribution. After receiving, we returned to the Hotel and took a break.
4th day (March 20, 2019)
We do breakfast first at the Hotel then we check out because we will immediately go back to Bandung. However, before going straight to Bali we go to several destinations in Bali. First, we go to Kuta Beach first. Here we tour around Kuta and enjoy the view on Kuta Beach. After that, we shop at lunch at Krisna Sunset Road to shop for souvenirs from Bali. After that, we proceeded to Bedugul. Bedugul is located above the mountains too so the air still feels cool. Bedugul is also a temple place. Also in bedugul we had to part with our tour guide because the trip will go directly to Bandung. After going from Bedugul, we went to Gilimanuk Port to cross through the strait of Bali to Java. Then we arrived at Katapang Port.
Day 5 (March 21, 2019)
We arrived at Bromo Asri RM. Here we do cleaning first like bathing, breakfast, and morning prayers. After breakfast, we proceeded to Gubeng Station. Along the way, we visited Madura Island first through the Suramadu bridge. After that, we did lunch at Warung Wulan Surabaya. After lunch, we headed to Gubeng Station to take the train to Bandung. The train departs at around 5pm and arrives in Bandung around 6am. That is our journey in Bali.
