Masashi Kishimoto Creator Naruto
Masashi Kishimoto is a Japanese mangaka (cartoonist)
famous for his Naruto work. Masashi Kishimoto began to develop his talent
to draw since elementary school age. Masashi Kishimoto became a famous
mangaka since his work, Naruto was a great success both in Japan alone and in
other countries. In 1999 Naruto was first published on Shounen jump making
Kishimoto receive a hot step award. Twin brother Masashi Kishimoto, Seishi
Kishimoto is also a manga artist with his famous 666 Satan work. Kishimoto
was born in Okayama Prefecture, Japan, November 8, 1974.

When Kishimoto was a kid, one of his favorite TV
shows was Doraemon. All of Masashi Kishimoto's friends like Doraemon and
draw his characters. Kishimoto-sensei is the most perfectionist. He
shows which parts are wrong on his friends' drawings and shows how to draw the
right one.

Drawing Talent
When elementary school, Masashi Kishimoto is very
fond of drawing. During school he crossed out his notebook with his
picture, even he kept drawing while he was playing hide and seek with his
friends while waiting to be arrested. Kishimoto-sensei's favorite anime is
Doraemon, until one day he sees the Mobile Suit Gundam, everything he draws is
the character of the anime.
After crazy about drawing the Mobile Suit Gundam, a new
anime, the famous manga of Akira Toriyama-sensei: Dr. Slump. Masashi
Kishimoto talked about how he did not believe, how can Dr. Slump is very
good and he started drawing the anime characters. He even took part in the
Arale-chan drawing competition using crayons.
By elementary school graduation, Kishimoto was crazy about
Dragon Ball, Akira Toriyama-sensei's most famous manga. Kishimoto-sensei
had mentioned how much he was obsessed with Toriyama-sensei, "He is like a
god to me, I always draw every character that appears in the Dragon Ball."
And finally Masashi Kishimoto makes a decision he will not regret. He
begins by thinking "The manga is amazing" and he wants to become a
popular manga like Akira Toriyama. Kishimoto made his first work entitled
"Hiatari-kun", about a teenage ninja.
When stepping on junior high school, Kishimoto focuses
on something other than drawing. Baseball took an important part at the
time. Menggambarpun he almost did not do it again because there is no
time.But one day he saw a poster that he thought was very good. The
picture turned out to be "Akira" by Katsuhiro Ootomo.
Kishimoto started drawing "Akira", and his image
style changed a lot. But, no matter how much he tries to imitate, he can
not. Impossible to imitate. The effects, designs, and details of each
image are very different from other mangaka. Finally Kishimoto-sensei realizes,
great works are original works, and imitating other people's pictures is
useless.
Kishimoto tried to draw with his own character, but he still
could not. He finally gave up and spent all his junior years to imitate
Ootomo-sensei's image.

First Comic
When he was in class XI, Kishimoto successfully
completed his first comic that contains 31 pages. He asked his sister's
opinion. But that he can only "ugly". He did not accept the
words and asked his father again. Apparently his father's answer was the
same. Kishimoto remains enthusiastic and sends his comic to the Jump
Magazine Award, but fails and the comic is forever the lowest pile on his
drawing table.
Kishimoto does not give up and make a lot of comic again. But
the comics are not always good. He wonder why the comics are not good and
what makes other people's comics better?

Achievement in School
As he spends his time searching for answers, Kishimoto graduated
from high school with 38 out of 39 students. Keaaan has gone awry. Not
good at drawing comics, not smart at school, then what will he be?Masashi
Kishimoto did not give up and tried harder to become a mangaka Jump. If
Kishimoto now remembers everything, he does not think much, "Well, it will
work! Thank goodness because I'm stupid! “
Masashi Kishimoto has now achieved his dream of
becoming a famous Mangaka Jump, his comic about the ninja, Naruto being
one of the most popular and most sought after in the world. All that his
efforts did work. Masashi Kishimoto became an example and a real
inspiration, and will be one of the greatest in history.
